Passcode
It refers to the eight digit number set by the cardholder through the e-Dirham G2 Call Centre or through all e-Dirham ATMs/CDMs or through all NBAD ATMs/CDMs or through the e-Dirham G2 Website using the activation code (printed on the load receipt) .Once the Passcode is set, the Activation code is no longer needed.
The Passcode is required for:
- Accessing the functionalities of the e-Dirham G2 website
- Accessing the functionalities of the e-Dirham G2 Call centre
- Performing e-Commerce transactions on the e-Dirham G2 subscribed entities’ websites. (You will be prompted to enter the Passcode to complete the purchase transactions)
